Where to write
The address for everything is hello@paritian.com. It is read by a person, not by a support system, and the usual reply time is two working days.
There is no contact form: this site is a set of static pages with nothing running behind them, and a form that could not actually send anything would be worse than no form at all.
Reporting a wrong result
This is the most useful message you can send, and it goes to the top of the pile. Please include: the name of the tool, the values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. If you have a reference for the correct formula — a standard, a textbook, a manufacturer's datasheet — better still.
Every formula on the site is re-derived from first principles by an independent check before publication, but that check is only as good as the cases it covers. A concrete counter-example is worth more than any amount of proofreading.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us what you need to calculate and, if you can, why the tools you found elsewhere did not work. Suggestions with a clear use case are the ones that get built.
If you can point to the formula and where it comes from, the tool can usually be added in a day.
Advertising, partnerships and copyright
Write to the same address and say in the first line which of the three it is, so it reaches the right place quickly.
For a copyright claim, please identify the page and the material precisely, and include a way to verify that you hold the rights.
Personal data (GDPR)
Requests concerning personal data under the GDPR — access, correction, deletion, objection — are answered within one month, as the law requires.
What this site holds, and how little of it there is, is set out on the privacy page. The values you type into a calculator never leave your browser, so there is usually nothing to access or delete.
What we do not need
Please do not send personal data, health information or confidential figures. A calculation question almost never requires them — the numbers alone are enough.
