What this tool does
Four hours of actual focused work does not fit into four hours of calendar: with breaks it needs closer to five and a half. That gap is why days planned by task always overrun and days planned by block do not. The last result shows what fraction of the elapsed time is genuine work — around seventy percent is normal and sustainable.
Formula
time total = blocks × (focus + break) + breaks long

Limitations
- The result is an estimate based only on the values you type. Real situations often include factors this calculator does not know about.
- The default values are typical reference figures, not measurements of your situation. Replace them with your own data whenever you have it.
